Shipping Times

Items in stock are shipped within 3 - 5 days of order confirmation.

Most items are not in stock. Normally, they will be shipped within 10 to 18 business days, or as stated on the product pages in our web shop. Depending on the stock situation of the manufacturers, delays may occur. Unfortunately, at times the delays may be considerable due to production delays. Special orders always take longer.

Should a shipment not be possible in 40 days, we will inform you accordingly. We reserve the right to cancel the order if specific articles are no longer available.

Shipping Fees

We charge a flat fee for packing and shipping by standard parcel post, depending on the country of delivery. Free shipping is offered on a minimum order value to Germany. On partial orders the applicable shipping fee is charged only once.

Prices and Payment Options

Our prices are quoted in Euro. For shipments within Germany and the EU, our prices contain the applicable VAT. Shipping fees will be added, unless free shipping conditions are met.

Transportation Damage

Damaged items: All shipments are fully insured, and in the unlikely event of loss or damage to your shipment, we will supply replacements free of charge. In case replacements are not available, a full refund will be given.

Claims must be made to the carrier right away. In case of shipments by International parcel post, the damaged parcel must be taken to your local post office, and a claim report has to be filed.
In case of shipments by FedEx, the claim must be reported to FedEx.

Customers must also report breakages/ damages/ shortages within 3 days of receipt of shipment to Brown GmbH - Tableideas

Please retain the original carton, packing materials and damaged merchandise for inspection by the carrier - otherwise the claim cannot be honored. We will advise you of the disposition of the damaged items.
