You may withdraw your contract declaration within two weeks without giving reasons, in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. Items that are made-to-order to the customer's specifications and/or sold on a special-order basis cannot be returned.

The period shall begin no sooner than one day after the receipt of this instruction. Sending off the withdrawal or the goods in time shall be sufficient to keep the period of revocation.

Consequences of withdrawal
In case of an effective withdrawal, both parties shall return any received goods and services and return, if applicable, any benefits (e.g. interests). If you are only able to return the received goods and services incompletely or in downgraded condition, you shall be obligated to pay for any value decrease or replacement, if applicable.

This does not apply to surrendered goods if the downgrading of the goods is solely attributable to their examination - as it would have been possible for you to undertake in a retail shop. Incidentally, you may avoid the obligation for value replacement by not making any owner-like use of the goods and by omitting any action influencing their value.

Customers in Germany and the EU shall pay the costs of a return if the delivered goods conform to the ordered goods and if the value of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euro or if, in case of the goods being of higher value, at the time of withdrawal you have not yet rendered the equivalent or, as contracted, a part payment. Otherwise you may return the goods free of charge.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for return shipping fees if the goods delivered are according to the order and are without fault.

Original shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable.

You shall satisfy any obligation for refunds of payments within 30 days after sending off your notice of withdrawal.

In case we are obliged to carry the return postage, we will refund the return postage. C/f mailing will NOT be accepted from outside Germany.

Please contact us before any return, so we can settle the matter for both parties in a quick and economic way.

Please use the most economical shipment method, which is Parcel Post by surface and/or non-priority, and postage paid.
